Justin is a compassionate therapist who blends evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the powerful role relationships play in shaping mental and emotional well-being. He received a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University and holds a bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
His work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and guided by Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), helping clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and relational experiences shape behavior and mental health. Justin tailors treatment to each client's unique goals and strengths, incorporating mindfulness, collaborative goal-setting, and a strong therapeutic alliance. He supports adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, sleep issues, OCD, and life transitions. His specialties include CBT, CBT for Insomnia, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Outside of therapy, Justin enjoys sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
