Graduate Internships & Practicum Opportunities
At Synapse Solutions, we are committed to shaping the next generation of mental health professionals. Our internship and practicum opportunities offer graduate students hands-on clinical experience in a supportive, trauma-informed, and collaborative environment.
Whether you're just beginning to explore the field or are refining your clinical skills on the path to licensure, we provide real-world experience that encourages growth, confidence, and professional development.
What You Can Expect
Our internship program includes:
Supervision & Support
Weekly individual supervision with a licensed clinician
Weekly group supervision and case consultation
Ongoing access to clinical support and mentorship
Diverse Clinical Experience
Opportunities to work with children, adolescents, and adults
Exposure to a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, and more
Use of various evidence-based modalities, tailored to your training goals
Collaborative Culture
Inclusive, team-oriented environment
Supportive feedback and open communication
Opportunities to observe experienced clinicians and engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
We welcome applications from graduate students currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program in:
Social Work (MSW)
Counseling (MA/MS)
Psychology (PsyD/PhD)
Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT)
