Megan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds degrees in Social Work from Bowling Green State University and the University of South Carolina. She provides compassionate, virtual therapy for adolescents and adults, creating a warm and collaborative environment that supports trust, self-exploration, and personal growth.
Megan has extensive experience helping individuals manage concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She draws from evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and behavioral strategies—tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.
Megan believes that therapy should be both validating and empowering. She takes time to understand each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals to help them build confidence, resilience, and healthier ways of coping.
Megan is currently accepting new adolescent and adult clients and offers evening appointments for added flexibility.
