We accept self-pay (cash or card) and partner with the several insurance providers.
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits.
In some cases, we may be able to provide a Superbill for possible reimbursement.

Our office features a single-story, first-floor layout.
Accessible offices and restrooms are available.
Parking is available directly outside the building.
The nearest bus stop is located near Walmart on Deerfield Drive, approximately 1 mile from our office.
Sidewalks are available along the entire walking route from the bus stop.
Getting Here
Our new office is conveniently located just off Milton Avenue/HWY 26, making it easily accessible from both Janesville and Milton.
Please note that due to traffic patterns near the office, some visitors may need to follow an alternate route when leaving the property. Detailed directions are available below.
