OFFICE UPDATE: We're transitioning from our temporary office to our permanent location on July 13th.
Beginning July 13, 2026, Synapse Solutions will be welcoming clients at our new office location:

We are excited to continue serving clients in our new space. Our providers, phone numbers, and services will remain the same.
All in-person appointments will continue to take place at the temporary office:
You will continue to find us on the second floor of the Aspire Counseling and Moving On Occupational Therapy building (entry on W Court Street) through July 7th. This is at the corner of W Court Street and S Jackson Street, located directly across from First Congregational United Church of Christ.
Our temporary offices are located upstairs, and the building does not have an elevator. If you are unable to comfortably manage stairs, please let us know in advance. We can arrange to meet in an office downstairs Moving On LLC, which is accessible via a ramp. We are happy to make accommodations to ensure your visit is safe and comfortable.
There is ample parking available next to the building.

Our office features a single-story, first-floor layout.
Accessible offices and restrooms are available.
Parking is available directly outside the building.
The nearest bus stop is located near Walmart on Deerfield Drive, approximately 1 mile from our office.
Sidewalks are available along the entire walking route from the bus stop.
Our new office is conveniently located just off Milton Avenue/HWY 26, making it easily accessible from both Janesville and Milton.
Please note that due to traffic patterns near the office, some visitors may need to follow an alternate route when leaving the property. Detailed directions are available below.
