Psychometrist

Megan joined Synapse Solutions in 2020 as a Psychometrist, bringing with her a strong background in research, education, and data analysis. Previously, she worked as a home educator and research assistant, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to helping others learn and grow. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master’s Certificates in LGBT and Women’s Studies from Northern Illinois University. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology.

At Synapse Solutions, Megan supports comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations by administering standardized assessments and assisting in data collection and analysis. She is deeply invested in the evaluation process and takes pride in her role helping clients and providers gain clarity through assessment. Megan’s strengths lie in her analytical mindset, attentiveness, and calm, supportive presence.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and furbabies and going on new gastronome adventures. Whether she's trying out a new recipe or relaxing with loved ones, she brings warmth and curiosity to everything she does.
