Once logged in, you can manage many aspects of your care from the convenience of your device. The portal allows you to:
✅ Update your History Forms, including current medications
📅 View upcoming appointments or request a new one
💬 Send messages to your provider or front desk staff
📝 View, sign, and submit forms
🧠 Complete assigned clinical assessments
📄 Review and electronically sign your Treatment Plan
💳 Review and pay your bill securely online
👨👩👧 Parents or guardians of child/adolescent clients can also request Parent Delegate Access to assist in managing their child’s care.
