LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PSYCHOTHERAPIST 

Our team in Janesville, WI, is always looking to connect with skilled and dedicated mental health professionals. While we may not have active vacancies at this time, we welcome qualified individuals to share their information with us for potential future opportunities. 

We offer:

• Competitive salary and benefits package. (health, dental and vision plans, 401K plan, liability, paid holidays and paid time off, weekly supervision, professional development reimbursement)

• Flexible scheduling options.

• A supportive work environment with weekly group collaborative supervision

• A starting hourly rate of pay $40-$45 for individuals who require supervision,  $50-$55 for independently licensed clinicians. This predictable hourly structure offers a consistent paycheck, unlike the percentage-based models common in the industry. 

Qualifications: 

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), Licensed professional counselor (LPC or LPC-IT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Advance Practice Social Worker (APSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin. We offer supervision for individuals who have training licenses (LPC-IT, APSW) and are working toward an independent license.

•  Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
