Neuropsychology Team
Georgien Dudzek, Psy.D
Dr. Georgien Dudzek is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized education and training in neuropsychological assessment and evaluation. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at UW-Madison and a Master of Science in Social Work at UW- Madison. She completed her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Schaumburg, IL with a concentration in neuropsychology in 2015.
Dr. Dudzek provides assessment and evaluation of psychological conditions and neuropsychological abilities for the purpose of diagnostic clarification. Evaluation assists with treatment planning, and school or work recommendations and accommodations.
She has experience in assessment and diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning disabilities, neurocognitive impairment, dementia, brain injury, autism, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.
Megan Hart-Fritchley, M.A. (ABT)
Megan joined Dr. Dudzek’s team in 2020, as a Psychometrist.
Previously, she was a home educator and research assistant. Megan has over ten years of data entry, analysis and research experience. She enjoys using her skills to assist with comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations with the purpose of serving others and making the most of her opportunities.
Megan holds a BA in Sociology and Master’s Certificates in LGBT and Women’s Studies from Northern Illinois University
When not keeping busy with work duties you can find Megan spending time with her family and furbabies or going on a new gastronome adventure.
Psychotherapists
Jeremy Edge, MSW, APSW
Jeremy Edge received his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker.
He has worked in the field of psychology since 2016 and made therapy his primary focus in 2018. Jeremy has extensive experience helping individuals with Autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and anxiety disorders. He provides individual and group counseling to both children and adults.
Loukia Alafogianis, L.C.S.W.
Loukia received her Masters in Social Work from Aurora University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked as a social worker in various organizations since 2010. She has experience with depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions and she is currently accepting new clients.
In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her fur baby, Paisley.
Heather Braumann, MSW, APSW
Heather received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker.
Her professional interests include treating children, adolescents, and adults that are navigating behavioral issues, life transitions, unresolved childhood trauma, self-esteem and self-compassion, and emotion regulation. She likes to make therapy fun, interactive, and supportive. Heather is currently accepting new clients and is available for appointments Monday through Friday, with two nights extending beyond the office's traditional hours, as well as every other Saturday.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys going on adventures with her husband and her five children, reading, or taking care of her plants.
Administrative Staff
Margo Kneiert Alfonso, MSW, APSW, MBA
Margo has worked as a Psychometrist for Dr. Dudzek since 2017. She is currently the Administrative Director of Synapse Solutions.
Prior to her employment with Dr. Dudzek Margo worked in behavioral health for about a decade.
Margo holds a BS in Psychology, Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University and a Master’s of Business Administration from UW-Whitewater.
In her spare time, Margo enjoys walking her pup, Addy and discovering new adventures with family and friends.
Shawna Brueggeman
Shawna is a dedicated professional with 3 years of expertise in administrative work. She is an asset to any team, bringing excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing quality service.
Shawna holds an Associate’s Degree in both Criminal Justice and Administrative Profession. This diverse educational background allows her to seamlessly navigate the complexities of office administration.
In her free time, Shawna enjoys expressing her creativity through apparel crafting. She also cherishes spending time with family and friends, creating lasting memories.

Linda is a seasoned office professional with over 12 years of experience keeping things running smoothly. She's a master of organization and always up for a challenge. But beyond the phone calls and emails, Linda's true passions lie in the great outdoors and the warmth of family.
