Dr. Georgien Dudzek is a dedicated and experienced licensed clinical psychologist offering both in-depth neuropsychological assessment and evaluation, and compassionate therapy services for children, teens, adults, families, and couples. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Social Work from UW-Madison. Building on this foundation, she completed her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Schaumburg, IL in 2015.
Dr. Dudzek provides thoughtful assessment and evaluation of psychological conditions and neuropsychological abilities, helping to bring clarity through diagnosis. This process is instrumental in developing personalized treatment plans and offering supportive recommendations and accommodations for school or work.
She brings a wealth of experience to understanding and diagnosing a range of challenges, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning disabilities, neurocognitive impairment, dementia, brain injury, autism, as well as mood and anxiety disorders such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychotic disorders.
Dr. Daniel Galbo is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized education in the area of health psychology, as well as neuropsychological and psychological assessment and evaluation. He has 14 years of experience working with and assisting individuals with diverse mental health needs, including co-occurring mental health and medical conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Dr. Galbo provides assessment and evaluations for psychological and neuropsychological conditions and abilities for the purpose of diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and providing work or school recommendations and/or accommodations to assist in improving the quality of life of you or your loved ones. He has experience in the assessment and diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, neurocognitive impairment, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and psychosis throughout the lifespan.
Dr. Galbo utilizes a collaborative, compassionate, and integrative therapeutic approach to helping individuals improve their lives and achieve their goals. He provides individual therapy for adolescent, adult, and older adult clients who are experiencing problems related to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, anger management, grief and loss, health anxiety, adjustment to chronic medical illness, issues related to aging, caregiver burnout, depression, and anxiety.
Megan joined Synapse Solutions in 2020 as a Psychometrist, bringing with her a strong background in research, education, and data analysis. Previously, she worked as a home educator and research assistant, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to helping others learn and grow. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master’s Certificates in LGBT and Women’s Studies from Northern Illinois University. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology.

She is deeply invested in the evaluation process and takes pride in her role helping clients and providers gain clarity through assessment. Jeremy is a dedicated and versatile therapist who provides individual and group counseling for clients of all ages. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker. Since 2016, Jeremy has worked in various psychological and therapeutic settings, with a primary focus on therapy since 2018.
Jeremy has extensive experience in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and anxiety. He uses a flexible, relational approach to build strong therapeutic connections, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals. Drawing from a wide range of evidence-informed techniques, Jeremy helps guide clients toward improved functioning and the development of healthier habits.
Outside of the therapy room, Jeremy enjoys music, baking, and spending time in the outdoors.
Loukia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University and has since worked across a variety of settings, providing care to clients managing depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns.
With a compassionate and goal-oriented approach, Loukia draws from a range of therapeutic methods to meet clients where they are. She is dedicated to helping individuals build insight, resilience, and practical skills that support long-term well-being. Loukia works with adults and adolescents, creating a safe and collaborative space for growth and healing.
Outside of her clinical work, Loukia enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and spending quality time with her beloved pet, Paisley.
Heather is a compassionate and experienced social worker dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges. With a Master's degree in Social Work from Aurora University, Heather is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker and specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults who are facing behavioral issues, life transitions, unresolved childhood trauma, problems with self-esteem and self-compassion, and emotion regulation.
Heather believes that therapy should be a supportive and enjoyable experience. She uses interactive and engaging techniques to help clients develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve their goals.
When not working, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new adventures, indulging in her love of reading, and tending to her beautiful plants.

Margo is the Administrative Director of Synapse Solutions, where she oversees clinic operations and supports both clinical and administrative staff. She brings a thoughtful and organized approach to leadership, helping ensure a smooth and responsive experience for clients and team members alike. Margo holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Social Work from Aurora University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
Margo has a strong background in behavioral health and administrative services. She began working with Dr. Dudzek in 2017 as a psychometrist before transitioning into her current leadership role. With nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health, Margo brings a clinically informed perspective to her administrative oversight, helping bridge the gap between operations and client care.
In her spare time, Margo enjoys walking her pup, Addy, and discovering new adventures with family and friends.
Linda is the Office Manager at Synapse Solutions, where she plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. With over 12 years of office experience, she brings exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a warm, client-centered approach to every interaction.
